1. Please check our "dates and prices" for availabilty. (we try to keep this updated)
2. Send us an Email with the dates you require.
3. We will send you an Email if available and the cost of the rent for that period.
4. If you wish to proceed with the booking, when send us a confirmation email. (we will hold those dates for 1 week)
5. Please then down load and print our "Booking  Form" by clicking here.  The completed form should be sent back to us with a £50.00 deposit, or the whole rent if less than 4 weeks until your holiday. The deposit is non- refundable.                                              
   
6. If only paying the deposit then the balance of the rent is due 4 weeks before your holiday.
7. Upon receipt of the full rent, we will post / Email  the details on how to find the cottage and the key.
