Elton has one Pub and one Café (see pictures below) and both are quite unique.  The old-fashioned Café in Moor Lane (just round the corner) is worth a visit, especially for lovers of nostalgia.  It opens at Weekends throughout the year and serves a mean brunch for those late starters.
